• Proven track record in quality engineering modernization, including automation and metrics-driven execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with various testing approaches including API, UI, and end-to-end testing.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Quality Engineering, Patient Services & Pharmacy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will oversee quality engineering strategy across a defined portfolio, ensuring strong delivery, stability, and continuous improvement within a complex healthcare environment. The role will partner closely with software delivery, engineering, and operational teams to strengthen quality practices throughout the development lifecycle. You will also build and mentor quality engineering leaders and teams while advancing automation, governance, and modern testing approaches that support reliable patient and pharmacy services.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,600 – $215,400 annually
