Ladders is seeking a Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer to guide a supplier quality function supporting growth and operational excellence across a complex supplier base. You will partner with design, supply chain, and NPI teams to strengthen quality controls and drive durable improvements.

This remote role requires rapid issue response, long-term corrective actions, and a zero-defect mindset with external partners.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
• Experience with PPAP and vendor compliance.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will build and guide a supplier quality function that supports the company’s growth and operational excellence across a complex supply base. You will partner closely with design, supply chain, and new product introduction teams to strengthen quality controls, improve supplier performance, and drive consistent execution. The position is focused on rapid response to issues, durable corrective actions, and a strong zero-defect mindset across external partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
