Ladders is seeking a Quality Compliance Senior Manager to lead quality compliance operations, guiding a professional team and strengthening governance, oversight, and issue escalation across the organization. This role connects quality data with audit readiness and risk management in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $132,037 – $178,639 annually. Requires advanced degree and leadership in pharma/biotech quality.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate/HS with quality experience thresholds
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/clinical/quality/data preferred
• Experience leading professional or cross-functional teams
• Ability to turn quality and operational data into insights
• Knowledge of GCP, risk management, and audit readiness
• Experience with QMS platforms and digital quality products

This role will lead quality compliance operations and guide a professional team in strengthening governance, oversight, and issue escalation across the organization. The position focuses on improving operating rhythms, clarifying decision support, and turning complex quality signals into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. It is well suited to someone who can connect quality data, audit readiness, and risk management with practical business execution in a highly regulated environment.
