Ladders is seeking an Advisor/Sr. Advisor - CSQA Representative to join the Catalyze360 Quality team in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role partners on software quality, IT controls, and validation across regulated digital systems.

The position focuses on external engagements, cross-functional audits, risk-based decisions, and embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines. Remote work in the US is supported, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field such as CS or SE.
• 6+ years of software quality experience for digital systems.
• Experience embedding quality into regulated software delivery.
• CSQA qualification or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and implementation of the quality management system.
• Conduct ongoing product and system risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage deviations, change control, and incident resolution for products and systems.
• Oversee readiness across internal and external audits.
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues with stakeholders and third parties.
• Deliver quality data to inform stakeholder decisions and improvements.
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines across teams.
• Act as primary contact for external engagements in digital quality.

For our client, we are seeking a Advisor/Sr. Advisor - CSQA Representative, Catalyze360 Quality to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will serve as a key quality partner for regulated digital systems, helping ensure software quality, IT controls, and validation practices are built into delivery from the start. The position will also support external engagements, cross-functional audits, and issue resolution while promoting consistent quality standards across internal and third-party teams. In addition, this individual will help drive improvements to quality management processes and provide insights that support risk-based decisions in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,000 – $211,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for software quality in systems and tools
• Lead the design and implementation of the quality management system
• Conduct ongoing product and system risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Manage deviations, change control, and incident resolution for products and systems
• Oversee readiness efforts across internal and external audits
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues with internal stakeholders and third parties
• Deliver key quality data to inform stakeholder decisions and suggest improvements
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to embed quality into CI/CD pipelines
• Act as the primary contact for external engagements in digital quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in software quality for digital systems or Computer System Validation exposure
• Experience embedding quality into regulated software delivery
• Experience advising external companies on software quality and IT controls
• Completion of a CSQA Qualification Program preferred or demonstrated equivalent credentials
• Relevant certifications in digital quality and IT controls
• Proficiency in IT regulations and standards
