Job summary

CHIME is seeking a Director of Provider Membership Innovation to design, pilot, and scale engagement models that deepen value for provider members. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and lead end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams ensuring measurable member impact.

The role partners with Membership, Marketing, Education, Policy, and Foundation teams to ensure cohesive, differentiated, and scalable provider membership offerings that support recruitment, retention,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 to 9 years of experience in membership, community, program innovation, healthcare, or professional association environments.
• Excellent skills at process documentation, development & management, skilled in project management, communication, and problem solving.
• Experience designing and scaling member, customer, or community centric programs.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance measurement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational decisions, and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of provider membership engagement models with local, regional, and cohort-based initiatives.
• Develop member-centered experiences and use VOC data to refine value propositions and offerings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and other teams to articulate benefits, journeys, and outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional execution, budget planning, resources, and scalable delivery; establish repeatable playbooks and KPIs.
