Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• Ten years of managed care or healthcare experience with at least five years in provider engagement, relations, or contracting.
• Experience in the Houston market and health plan operations.
• Five years of direct people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, QNXT, and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider engagement strategy and relationships across provider networks.
• Oversee performance, education, and practice transformation initiatives.
• Serve as senior liaison between providers and internal business units.
• Direct provider operations, issue resolution, and data governance.
• Develop department standards, succession planning, and team development.
