Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Member Journey and own end-to-end member experience from enrollment to outcomes. You will guide a team of PMs to shape the vision for personalized care at scale, partnering with Clinical, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver cohesive programs across multiple care models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms.
• 4+ years managing a team of Product Managers/Senior Product Managers.
• Experience managing foundational platforms at scale, not just owning features.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time).
• Technical fluency: engage on data models, experimentation infra, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year product vision and strategy for the Member Journey neighborhood.
• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and outcomes across the member lifecycle.
• Scale for new care programs with cohesive experiences across products.
• Define and deploy AI and personalization to improve relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Design, Data Science, Engineering.
