Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Director of Provider Engagement to develop and grow positive, long-term relationships with physicians, providers and healthcare systems to support and improve financial and quality performance within contracted health plan relationships.

The role requires cross-functional leadership across the organization, implementing new programs, and driving strategic initiatives. Occasional travel is required; reports to the National President, MSO Operations.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required with strong leadership credentials.
  • Extensive experience in provider contracting and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market engagement teams to achieve revenue and quality targets.
  • Drive a consistent service experience across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team culture and engagement.
  • Guide practice action plans to optimize performance and operations.
  • Cultivate relationships with practices and regional partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of new practices and plans.
  • Support local expansion with a strong service offering to customer segments.
  • Bridge market team and MSO leadership to communicate needs and feedback.
  • Provide regular performance reporting to MSO Operations leadership.
  • Achieve high partner retention and satisfaction.
