Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, distribution, business development, campaign management, marketing operations, sales campaign execution, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to improve productivity and quality.
• Experience identifying and developing distribution, referral, channel, or strategic partnership opportunities.
• Experience leading campaigns or growth initiatives across sales, marketing, product, compliance, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy and Distribution Development: Identify, prioritize, and develop new sources of provider growth across UnitedHealth Group, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and external ecosystems.
• Sales and Marketing Campaign Leadership: Partner with Marketing on provider value proposition, positioning, messaging architecture, persona strategy, and lifecycle marketing; translate approved strategies into executable plans.
• Internal UHG Channel and Partnership Development: Develop and activate growth opportunities across Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and other UHG provider-facing organizations.
• Growth Performance and Continuous Improvement: Partner with analytics to evaluate campaign, channel, and distribution performance; maintain growth learnings and repeatable playbooks.
