Job summary

South Baldwin Medical Center seeks a Director of Provider Outreach and Recruitment to lead provider and community outreach, align growth initiatives with organizational strategies, and support service line growth across the hospital. You will collaborate with leadership, PPS, ACO teams, and regional staff to enhance access to care and provider engagement.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and improve the provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years of leadership experience in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• RN/EMT/Paramedic/PTA licenses preferred are listed in the Licenses section.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach activities to build provider and community partner relationships.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to plan growth initiatives and track KPIs.
• Develop and manage strategic outreach objectives and partner rosters.
• Promote collaboration with physicians, PAs, and NPs to identify growth opportunities.
• Document provider interactions in the PRM system for planning and reporting.
• Contribute to growth meetings with leadership and service line teams.
• Provide data-driven insights on provider preferences and market trends.
• Align growth strategies with regional Directors of Provider Relations.
• Support onboarding and engagement of new providers through outreach.
