Job summary

Merit Health River Region seeks a Director of Provider Outreach to drive hospital growth by cultivating provider relationships and coordinating outreach efforts with leadership. You will align outreach activities with market plans, monitor KPI progress, and lead cross-functional teams to improve access to care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or seven+ years of experience in lieu
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach activities to strengthen provider relationships and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute strategic service line growth using data-driven insights.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach objectives with leadership.
• Ensure timely documentation of provider interactions in the PRM system.
• Support EMS and transfer center initiatives and events.
• Represent hospital at provider relations meetings.
