Job summary

You will coordinate multiple project managers and analysts, deliver executive dashboards, and guide teams through planning, execution, and risk management across divisions.

The role emphasizes strategic communication with the executive team, training material development, and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Healthcare experience or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Coordinate work of PMs/BA's managing individual workgroups (Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.).
• Create dashboards for executive updates and project status; generate ongoing analytics reports.
• Develop and deliver training materials; share best practices with indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and Executive leadership; assess risks and escalate issues.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies; analyze potential opportunities.
