• Activate strategic guidance to ensure end-to-end integrity and results.
• Analyze data, workflows, policies, and staff organization to implement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer, training and rollout.
• Communicate progress to executives and prepare presentations.
