Responsibilities

• Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases to ensure feasibility, ROI and alignment with objectives.
• Lead activation of strategic guidance so processes maximize effective implementation and results.
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, and staffing to execute initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training and implementation.
