Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior business transformation leader to drive large-scale initiatives across multiple domains. You will analyze processes, align stakeholders, and oversee execution from feasibility assessment to implementation, ensuring ROI and compliance.

The role requires strategic thinking, extensive healthcare/insurance experience, and PMP/CSSBB certifications. It offers a flexible work model (remote/hybrid/onsite) with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years health care or insurance industry experience having led large scale initiatives.
CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP - PMI preferred

Responsibilities

Support strategy for complex business transformational priority.
Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases to assess feasibility, ROI, risks.
Lead activation of strategic guidance to maximize implementation results across initiatives.
Analyze data, workflows, policies, and staff organization to execute initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer and implementation.
Drive consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity of project work through final recommendations.
