Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Director of Proposals, Flex to lead FSP opportunities across Biometrics, Clinical Ops and other lines. You will own the full cycle of complex proposals, pricing strategies and governance, working with BD, Finance) and Operations.

The role requires extensive FSP delivery knowledge, 10+ years in pharma/CRO, and strong leadership, training and communication skills. Travel as needed; competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry.
• Experience developing complex FSP proposals and budgets across clinical functions.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex FSP proposals across multiple functional areas.
• Train teams on FSP opportunities and staffing models.
• Oversee proposal strategy, RFIs/RFPs and client communications.
• Coordinate with BD, Finance and Contracts to finalize proposals.
• Lead bid defense meetings and maintain tracking systems.
