Job summary

Join us!**What the Proposal Manager does at Worldwide** The Proposal Manager – Flex works with cross functional contributors to develop high quality and compelling proposals to support fit-for-purpose Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions. Primarily responsible for ensuring that our written proposal documents and pricing solutions align appropriately with the proposed strategy and are completed within appropriate timelines and quality standards.**What you will do*** Requests for Information (RFIs)* Lead the development of FSP proposals across Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other functional service lines.* Work with BD, Flex Solutions and Operations to help define the proposal strategy, coordinating and leading internal meetings for strategy and proposal review, and submitting final proposal documents to clients on or before due date as agreed with BD.* Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, reviews and approvals* Work with BD and Finance to implement agreed financial aspects into our proposals.* Collaborate with BD as needed on client deliverables.* Update the internal tracking system* Other duties as requested or assigned by supervisor* Perform other duties as assigned.
