Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Director Proposals, Flex to join the Commercial Team. The role acts as a subject matter expert for FSP delivery models, resource planning, governance, pricing, and client-specific operating models in clinical development.

You will shape Worldwide Flex’s future by leading RFIs, proposals and management with cross-functional colleagues. The role collaborates with the Vice President of Commercial Operations, BD, Contracts, Legal and Finance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma, CRO, or related industry.
• Experience developing complex FSP proposals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex FSP proposals across multiple clinical development functions.
• Translate client needs into scalable FSP solutions and pricing strategies.
• Train teams on FSP offerings, staffing models, and outsourcing strategies.
• Coordinate bid defense meetings and internal strategy sessions.
• Negotiate financial and contractual terms with clients and partners.
