Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Director/Senior Director of Clinical FSP Delivery to lead strategic client relationships and delivery across Global FSP programs. You will drive governance, negotiate contracts, and align cross-functional teams to maximize value for major accounts.

The role requires extensive experience in CRO/Pharma environments, with a focus on FSP delivery, bid defenses, and executive-level client engagement. Travel and leadership responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, leads, and expands Clinical FSP customer relationships.
• Oversees Clinical FSP delivery aligned with agreements and customer strategy.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and bid defenses for Clinical FSP Delivery opportunities.
• Manage governance, KPIs, milestones, and quality audits in delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and renewal opportunities.
