Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Proposal Manager – Flex in the United States to lead cross-functional FSP proposals across Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other lines. You will partner with BD, Flex Solutions and Operations to shape strategy, manage timelines, and deliver competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance or related field required.
• 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry.
• Experience developing complex FSP proposals and budgets across clinical development functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional proposal development for FSP solutions across Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other functional service lines.
• Coordinate strategy with BD, Flex Solutions and Operations; lead internal meetings for strategy and proposal review, and submit final proposal documents to clients on or before due date.
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, reviews and approvals.
