THE·TEAM is seeking a Director for Property Consulting to oversee client scopes, teams, and processes, ensuring satisfaction and as the primary client contact. You’ll lead complex engagements in sponsorship, marketing strategy, and advisory services across sports, music, and entertainment.

The role requires 9+ years in account/project management, strong communication, and a strategic mindset. Expect cross-functional leadership with multiple junior staff and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 9+ years of direct account and project management experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, managing items and solving problems.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive client objectives.
• Lead multi-delivery initiatives across timelines and teams.
• Support business development: pitches, RFP responses and logistics.
• Synthesize data to craft compelling stories and presentations.
