THE·TEAM is seeking a seasoned Property Consulting professional to oversee day-to-day leadership of client scopes, teams, and processes, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and serving as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. You will advise on integrated marketing strategy, sponsorship development, and strategic advisory services.

The role requires mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive complex engagements across the sports, music, and entertainment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in account and project management, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as client’s primary day-to-day contact and manage action items.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align with client objectives.
• Lead and support teams with multiple deliverables across timelines.
• Support business development through pitches and responses to RFPs.
• Synthesize data to build storylines and presentations for quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Provide senior guidance on POV and intelligence deliverables to measure program success.
• Understand client context to make strategic sponsorship recommendations.
• Integrate cross-discipline services into cohesive strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for new services and partnerships.
• Oversee and mentor 1-3 junior staff on projects and development.
