Job summary

THE·TEAM in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Property Consulting team’s day-to-day client work, manage scopes, and serve as the primary client contact. The role focuses on integrated marketing strategy, sponsorships, and advisory services across sports, music, and entertainment.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, nurture client relationships, and drive new business opportunities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in account and project management.
• Deep understanding of and passion for the business of sport & entertainment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple complex projects and priorities with initiative and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the client’s primary day-to-day point of contact, managing items and solving problems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders to align client objectives and opportunities.
• Leads teams with tight timelines, delivering multiple deliverables with high quality.
• Supports business development, including pitches, RFP responses, and logistics.
• Synthesizes data to build storylines and presentations for quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Provides senior guidance on POVs by leveraging internal research and insights teams.
• Understands client context to make strategic sponsorship and partnership recommendations.
• Integrates multiple disciplines into cohesive strategic recommendations, across teams.
• Identifies opportunities for additional services and new partnerships.
• Oversee 1-3 junior staff on a project-by-project basis with mentorship.
