Position Overview:

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Direct Reports: 2 Associate Directors of Property Management, 1 Compliance Manager, 1 Maintenance Leader

Organization: Operations Leadership Team

Indirect Reports: Approx. 200 employees across 6 states and 36 cities

Travel: Up to 40%

The Director of Property Management oversees all aspects of property operations, compliance, maintenance, and financial performance, leading a large team to achieve operational excellence and uphold our core values and mission.

Key Success Factors:

• Expertise in affordable multi-family housing
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 10+ years in property management, with managerial experience
• 3+ years as Regional/District Director (preferred)
• Extensive HAP, LIHTC, and housing program experience
• Proven ability to scale property management functions
• Strong industry market awareness
• YARDI software experience preferred
• Active in professional organizations (preferred)
• Relevant professional designations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
