Founded in 1999, we currently own and operate over 10,000 units of multifamily properties in 6 states and 37 cities. Our portfolio includes HUD HAP, LIHTC properties, affordable housing, mixed-income multifamily assets, student housing, and senior housing.

Direct Reports: 2 Associate Directors of Property Management, 1 Compliance Manager, 1 Maintenance Leader
Organizations: Operations Leader, Leadership Team Member
Indirect Reports: Property management, compliance, and maintenance teams (~200 employees across 6 states and 36 cities)
Travel: Up to 40%
The Director is responsible for all aspects of property management operations, compliance, maintenance, and financial performance, ensuring objectives are met, building a strong team, and providing leadership and growth opportunities.
