Job summary

Rochester Regional Health seeks a Director of Property Management to oversee the financial and operational aspects of the RRH real estate portfolio, including owned, leased, and third‑party tenant locations. This leadership role guides strategic planning and facilities performance.

You will manage repairs and capital improvements, develop budgets, oversee leases, and lead the Real Estate Management team to deliver efficient operations and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in property management, facilities management, and/or project management.
• Experience with leases, negotiations, and vendor management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing repair, maintenance, and capital improvements for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations.
• Create annual budgets, quarterly CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports for internally managed sites
• Maintain a database of existing leases, and negotiate all new and renewed leases, as both tenant and landlord.
• Oversee and develop staff to support the goals and strategy of the RRH Real Estate Management department
• Establish KPIs to improve the customer experience and lower operating costs
• Negotiate terms and ensure accountability for contracted services and property management groups.
• Develop and leverage relationships with various developers and brokers on behalf of the RRH Real Estate Management department.
