Job summary

Rochester Regional Health seeks a Director of Property Management to oversee the financial and operational aspects for all RRH real estate assets, including owned, leased, and third-party locations in Rochester, NY. The role is based in Facilities/Engineering with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires 10 years of related experience, leadership of staff, and strong lease and budget management capabilities to drive performance and cost efficiency across the portfolio.

• Maintain a database of existing leases, and negotiate all new and renewed leases, as both tenant and landlord.
• Oversee and develop staff to support the goals and strategy of the RRH Real Estate Management department
• Establish KPIs to improve the customer experience and lower operating costs
• Negotiate terms and ensure accountability for contracted services and property management groups.
• Develop and leverage relationships with various developers and brokers on behalf of the RRH Real Estate Management department

SUMMARY:

The Director of Property Management will oversee the financial and operational aspects for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations within the RRH real estate portfolio.

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the ongoing repair, maintenance, and capital improvements for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations.
• Create annual budgets, quarterly CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports for internally managed sites

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sedentary - Sedentary roles are primarily office-based and require prolonged sitting (67-100% of the workday) with minimal physical effort and lifting limited to under 10 lbs. Fine motor skills are necessary for computer work, writing, and telephone use, supported by clear visual and auditory ability. Cognitive and emotional demands are high due to extended concentration, frequent interruptions, independent decision-making, and information processing. Although physical exposure is low, administrative areas within healthcare environments may occasionally involve contact with infectious agents. Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license.

PAY RANGE:

$95,000.00 - $155,000.00
