Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated success leading and developing sales professionals.
• Experience in property data, financial services, information services, or real estate tech is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals responsible for Property Data and Financial Services solutions.
• Establish performance expectations and hold the team accountable for revenue, pipeline, customer, and activity goals.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop sales talent.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Translate business strategy into sales priorities, territory plans, and performance expectations.
• Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new markets to accelerate adoption.
• Establish sales rhythm, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy.
