Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing or advertising experience, agency or project management preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure.
• Detail oriented and able to align projects with client brand guidelines.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional alignment across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and execution of all workflow with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize projects and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Maintain cross-functional schedules and own resourcing and workflow management.
• Develop project critical paths and timelines.
• Manage job jackets and job-level budgets within estimated hours and costs.
• Collaborate with Finance to support billing and budget management.
• Maintain and update necessary reporting.
• Quality control and risk mitigation.
• Be the internal systems expert and keeper of processes.
• Oversee billing and workflow systems and provide training/implementation.
• Contribute to ongoing process refinements and ways of working.
