Qualifications
- Four-year degree required.
- 12–15 years of Project Management, Marketing or related experience.
- Mastery of large-level projects and programs.
- PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this).
- Experience with enterprise tools: JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver planned business value.
- Track, monitor programs, roadmaps and scope.
- Define and optimize processes and coach teams to adopt them.
- Lead integrated account planning sessions and status updates.
- Recruit, develop and manage direct reports and set career goals.
- Attend training seminars and promote best practices.
