Publicis Groupe in Chicago seeks a Vice President, Group Director in Project Management to lead complex digital programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will supervise a team of project managers, shape roadmaps, and ensure delivery of high-value experiences across disciplines.

You’ll drive process improvements, coach teams, and articulate compelling decks while partnering with capability leads and clients to meet business goals and ensure excellence in execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
12–15 years of Project Management, Marketing or related experience
PMP and/or CSM Certification preferred
Proficiency with enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)

Responsibilities

Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver the business value of approved programs
Define and monitor program roadmaps, scope and status
Develop and deliver compelling decks and trainings for stakeholders
Coach and manage multiple direct reports and set career goals
Ensure adherence to high company standards and processes
