Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Director of Program Management to own the lifecycle end to end and build a team that runs it. You will own the NPD portfolio, stage-gate process, integrated schedule, and risk management, while leading a small PM/TPM team across multiple programs.

You will guide programs from development to field and post-launch monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and lessons learned feed back into processes. Strong leadership and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management on physical products (hardware or hardware+software).
• 3+ years hiring, leading, and developing PMs or TPMs.
• Experience running end-to-end stage-gate NPD processes.
• Proven ability to shepherd programs from concept through launch and field feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small PM/TPM team for each program area.
• Own gate sequencing, gate packages, and risk for each program.
• Manage the stage-gate SOP, gate calendar, and governance.
• Develop an integrated master schedule with cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure requirements traceability and change control across programs.
• Provide a single portfolio view for executives without excessive engineering input.
