Flowserve Corporation seeks a dynamic Manager, Project Management – New Product Development to lead the enterprise PM function globally. You will drive disciplined execution of NPD initiatives across platforms, ensuring programs meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer value.

You will lead a cross-platform PM team, establish governance, reporting, and tools, and partner with NPD, DtV, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to improve portfolio visibility and remove cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, product development, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of phase-gate, governance, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise NPD execution and governance across platforms and functions.
• Develop and maintain NPD processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Oversee portfolio, capacity, and financial management with senior leadership.
• Manage risk, conflicts, and escalation paths to protect commitments.
• Coach and develop a global team of Project Managers.
