Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Manager to govern and advance program controls, governance, and systems for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project in New York. You will lead a cross-functional team delivering PMIS, reporting, and process improvements across PMO, project controls, quality, and risk.

The role entails establishing enterprise data governance standards, dashboards, and executive reporting, while guiding organizational change and system integration across critical infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, information systems, business administration, or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, PMO leadership, program management, business systems, process improvement, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for business process management, systems development, reporting and analytics, training, support services, and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience implementing, governing, and integrating enterprise PMIS, reporting platforms, workflow solutions, and business applications.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure and capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of program management systems and PMO functions.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, system admins, and training staff.
• Establish and maintain integrated governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for PMIS, data analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Ensure integration between scheduling, cost management, risk, quality, and document management systems.
• Lead organizational change management and training programs.
