Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, public policy or a related field.
• Master's degree in criminal justice, public policy or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in program management or performance intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for workforce development, education, transitional employment, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
• Design and oversee career pathways and stage advancement models for Atlas HOPE.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and partnerships with CBOs and employer partners.
