United Way of New York City seeks a Director of Program Administration and Evaluation to lead workforce development, education, transitional employment, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship efforts through an equity and trauma-informed lens. This role launches Atlas HOPE in partnership with ONS and requires strong leadership in program design, partnerships, and policy advocacy.

The Director will oversee career pathways, stage advancement models, and collaboration with employers and education

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, public policy or a related field is required.
• Five years of experience in program management, strategic relationship building or performance intervention.
• Master’s degree in criminal justice, public policy or related field is preferred.
• Deep understanding of criminal justice systems and stakeholders; NYC context preferred.
• Experience with large-scale community-based program implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communications with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and implement strategies to address performance gaps across all Phases of the program.
• Provide vision, strategic direction, and leadership for training and technical assistance development and delivery.
• Monitor program fidelity and quality using qualitative and quantitative data.
