Maximus is seeking a Professional Talent Stream Director who sees beyond today’s hiring needs and has a vision to build what comes next. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
Experience leading through managers and influencing senior leaders.
Ability to use data, reporting, and labor market insights to guide recruiting strategy.
Experience implementing or leading AI-enabled recruiting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of the Professional Talent Stream strategy aligned with enterprise TA governance.
Oversee recruiting delivery across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and international professional hiring.
Develop Senior Managers and Managers; drive performance and succession planning.
Advise senior stakeholders on labor market realities, risks, and pipeline insights.
Drive transformation toward an AI-enabled, consultative talent advisory model.
