Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned planning leader to own RCCP, MPS, and finite-capacity scheduling across the manufacturing network. You will lead a distributed team of schedulers and material planners, balancing demand, inventory, materials, labor, equipment, and production constraints.

Partner with Supply Chain leadership on the SIOP/IBP process and drive KPIs, dashboards, and data quality while collaborating with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Quality to keep plans executable and aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading schedulers, planners, or supply chain analysts.
• Experience with RCCP and MPS.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the planning ERP/SCP process owner and drive master-data accuracy.
• Develop planning KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Establish inventory targets, safety stocks, and replenishment parameters.
• Support seasonal demand, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Needed

• Strong expertise in RCCP and MPS
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Proven success managing planning complexity across multiple facilities and product lines
• Experience balancing demand, materials, inventory, labor, capacity, and production constraints
• Experience developing and managing planning KPIs

Preferred

• Food & beverage, dairy, or CPG manufacturing experience
• SIOP / IBP process leadership experience
• Experience with advanced planning tools
• High-SKU manufacturing experience
• Aseptic, co-manufacturing, or contract manufacturing experience
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience
