Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Director of Product Technology for Preferred and Small Business Banking to drive technology strategy and delivery across client-facing and employee-enabling solutions.

You will partner with divisional leaders and Technology to identify needs, define priorities, and build scalable product roadmaps for digital banking capabilities and integrations with ERP and accounting platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience leading complex technology teams in banking or FI environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable product roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, deposits, and treasury management.
• Proven track record in delivering digital product capabilities and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for Preferred and Small Business Banking.
• Partner with executives to translate needs into scalable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Oversee product lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with coaching and succession planning.
