Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Senior Manager to lead Infrastructure and Operations Technology Products.

You will provide senior-level leadership for complex technology products across multiple teams, translating enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes; coordinate execution across Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Risk, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technology product management, enterprise platforms, data platforms, engineering, or delivery.
• Proven leadership of managers or senior professionals and complex product portfolios.
• Advanced knowledge of product management practices, governance, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated industries and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development and execution for infrastructure and operations technology products.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and staff; set performance expectations and resource planning.
• Establish operating rhythms for intake, prioritization, business case development, and quarterly planning.
• Align investments with security, governance, and operational needs; communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Own delivery outcomes including scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and value realization.
• Coordinate backlogs, planning, delivery sequencing, and resource commitments across teams.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to manage risks, release readiness, and production stability.
• Apply standard product and delivery practices across discovery, requirements, acceptance, and post-launch tracking.
• Ensure platforms comply with security, privacy, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
