Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Director of Product Development and Implementation to define, market‑ready products and ensure scalable delivery from concept to launch. The role aligns product, sales, operations, and service across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include PDLC leadership, go‑to‑market readiness, and cross‑functional coordination to optimize value proposition, pricing, and service delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years experience.
• 4+ years of managerial experience.
• 4+ years of product management/solutioning experience.
• Strong sales, client support and retention experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and define product readiness, packaging, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Own sales readiness: positioning, collateral, enablement.
• Lead PDLC governance, stage gates, and cross‑functional accountability.
• Ensure content accuracy for Training and internal teams during product changes.
• Drive speed to market while managing execution risk.
