Job summary

Luminex is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead global strategy and end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization. You will drive growth, profitability, and innovation across brands, guiding a team of product developers and partnering with the SVP to shape category roadmaps.

The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration, overseeing development through Stage Gate processes, and ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product experience (buying, development).
• Proven track record driving successful product launches from concept to customer.
• Leadership experience mentoring manager-level direct reports.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and manage the strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
• Lead new product development from concept to launch with timelines and specs.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, sourcing, and sales for product strategy and cost targets.
• Guide cross-functional teams and communicate value propositions to downstream marketing.
