This role ensures product readiness across value proposition, pricing, sales enablement, implementation, and service operations, partnering cross-functionally to confirm products can be effectively sold, implemented, and supported at scale. In parallel, the role establishes and embeds rigorous product development lifecycle (PDLC) practices, including standardized processes, governance, and documentation (e.g., requirements, business cases, operating models, and playbooks) to drive consistency, accountability, and speed to market. Ultimately, this leader bridges strategy and execution by translating innovation into scalable, repeatable performance.
