Valeris seeks an Associate Director, Product Solution & Delivery in the United States to lead a team of Product Owners and translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions. You will champion Agile practices, drive continuous improvement, and align product work with operational, sales, and customer objectives.
You will partner with executive leadership, Technology, Sales, and Operations to define strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
Competenze
- 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong background in Agile product delivery and roadmap planning.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Translate complex business needs into practical product solutions.
- Proven communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ServiceNow preferred.
- Salesforce-based products preferred but not required.
