Job summary

Hover is seeking an Operations Director to drive high-impact operational initiatives that support exceptional product and fulfillment outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and global production partners to launch and scale new workflows that directly impact customer experience and business growth.

You will own a slice of our operational excellence roadmap and OKRs, sourcing, scoping, and prioritizing initiatives from ideation

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in operations or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience building SOPs, dashboards, KPIs, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational launch and health of new product pipelines and SLA management.
• Monitor performance through dashboards and data analysis to identify leading indicators.
• Build and improve SOPs, QA sampling strategies, escalation paths, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve tooling and scale operations.
• Manage budgets and forecast needs, optimize costs and efficiency.
