Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in specified states (list of states)

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI

Company Overview: DomaniRx is transforming the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, API-first approach, enabling easy connectivity and affordable technology stacks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx products.
• Create marketing plans, product positioning, and conduct market research.
• Support sales with RFP responses and collateral preparation.
• Manage external product readiness and develop commercialization toolkits.
• Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Apply in-depth company knowledge and influence to solve complex issues.
• Lead broad programs impacting operational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree + 8 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree + 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in healthcare technology commercialization, preferably in PBM.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, pharmacy, and product marketing.
• Strong brand awareness skills.
