Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, and Digital, AI

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx.
  • Create marketing plans and activities to position products within the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs in collaboration with Product Strategy.
  • Support sales and client renewals through RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensure external readiness of products, including detailed go-to-market and commercialization tools for sales teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to operational success.
  • Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence critical issues.
  • Manage broad-scope programs with significant operational impact.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in healthcare technology product commercialization, preferably in PBM.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and pharmacy experience.
  • Strong product marketing and brand awareness skills.
