Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI

About DomaniRx: DomaniRx is transforming the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach that facilitates easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop market insights and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for DomaniRx products.
  2. Create marketing plans and activities to position products competitively.
  3. Develop business plans and product positioning; conduct market research and monitor competitive activity.
  4. Support sales efforts, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  5. Ensure external readiness of products and develop detailed GTM and commercialization toolkits for sales and account management teams.
  6. Participate with senior leadership to establish and achieve strategic objectives.
  7. Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence to resolve complex issues.
  8. Contribute to broad-scope programs impacting operational success.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in healthcare technology product commercialization.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably PBM.
  • Digital transformation expertise.
  • Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy operations.
  • Product marketing and brand awareness skills.
