Job Description

Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing market insights and GTM/Commercialization strategies for DomaniRx.
2. Creating marketing plans and activities to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
3. Developing business plans and product positioning, collaborating with Product Strategy to perform market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
4. Participating in sales support and client renewals, such as RFP responses and collateral preparation.
5. Ensuring external readiness of products and product enhancements into the marketplace, including detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
6. Leading operational or functional responsibilities and collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic goals.
7. Demonstrating in-depth company knowledge and influencing to solve critical issues.
8. Participating in broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.
9. Minimum requirements: Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

• Track record in commercialization of healthcare technology products.
• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM.
• Experience with digital transformation.
• Experience in PBM and pharmacy sectors.
