Position Details

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI.

DomaniRx is transforming the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach that facilitates connectivity and cost-effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing plans and activities for specific products to establish and enhance product positioning within the competitive landscape.
  • Create business plans and product positioning strategies; collaborate with Product Strategy for market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Support sales through RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensure external readiness of products, including go-to-market strategies and commercialization tools for Sales & Account Management Teams.
  • Participate with senior leadership to set and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Apply in-depth company knowledge and specialized skills to solve complex issues.
  • Contribute to broad-scope programs impacting operational success.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree with at least 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in healthcare technology product commercialization.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably PBM.
  • Expertise in digital transformation and product marketing.
  • Brand awareness and strategic marketing skills.
